The matter is heard through "Video Conference". 2.

The revision petitioner is the accused in S.C.No.46 of 2015, before the I Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore. When the Sessions case was in progress, the petitioner/accused filed CMP.No.642/2016, under Section 309 of Cr.P.C., and the same was dismissed. Hence, the revision.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submitted that pending disposal of the revision petition, the respondent/police had investigated the case in Crime No.893/2013 and filed charge sheet for the alleged offence under Section 306 of IPC and the same was numbered as P.R.C.No.30/2015 and ready for committal.

Hence, I find nothing survives in the matter for adjudication. It is open to the petitioner to file appropriate application for appropriate relief, in accordance with law. 5.

Accordingly, this criminal revision is dismissed as infurutuous. consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
