This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.220 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate Court.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and a closure report was filed as mistake of fact on 25.03.2024. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the RCS notice No.61 of 2023 was also served on the petitioner/Defacto complainant.
