2. When the matter came up for admission on 06.08.2024, I called for a report from the learned Principal District Judge. The learned Judge has submitted a report dated 12.08.2024 stating that the proceedings would be disposed of on or before 30.09.2024.

3. Today, Ms.Reena Mohasundaram, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the report the proceedings were disposed of on 23.10.2024.

4. Since the learned Judge has transferred the proceedings by the order in Crl.M.P.No.1851 of 2022, no further orders are necessary in this civil revision petition. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. 25.10.2024 Index : Yes/No KST To The Principal District Judge Tiruvarur.
