This petition is filed to condone the delay of 963 days in filing the restoration application in connection with restoring the dismissal order passed by this Court in W.P.No.24979 of 2010.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the petitioner has given sufficient reasons for the delay.

This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner. Hence this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for and the delay of 963 days is condoned.
