O R D E R
( This case has been heard through video conference) The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property bearing No.100, Nerkundram Village, Mettukuppam, Sri Bhuvaneswari Nagar, First Street, Plot No.238, bearing Survey Nos.372,142/2, 376,377 measuring to an extent of 1215 sq.ft of vacant lands While so the second and third respondents who are real estate brokers are creating nuisance with regard to the boundaries of the petitioner's land. Therefore, the petitioner filed a suit for bare injunction in O.S.No.383 of 2015 before the learned District Munsif, Poonamallee and the Judgment and Decree was passed on 24.04.2018 in favour of the petitioner. However the respondents are still trying to disturb the petitioner's peaceful possession, hence,
the petitioner lodged a complainant before the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and C.S.R.No.216 of 2018 was also issued to him. However no action was taken, which led to filing of the present petition.
2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the dispute is totally civil in nature. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct the parties to work out their remedy before the competent civil Court.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this petition is closed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to work out the remedy in the manner known to law in the civil dispute.
