Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1021 of 2021 by an order dated 27/01/2021 directing that the petitioner, on his release from prison, shall report before the Respondent police once in a week, i.e. on every monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAJI SANKARA MOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1021 of 2021 dated 27.01.2021 to appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
