The petitioner/Appellant has filed these petitions to condone the delay of 227 days in filing the appeals.

2. Mr.Mukund Pandian, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Considering the submission made by the counsel and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the delay is condoned and these petitions are allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and print the name of Mr.Mukund Pandian, for the respondent/claimant.
