ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 17.11.2023, had granted extension of time for a period of six months to complete the trial in Spl.S.C.No.25 of 2019.

2. Now the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases 1/3

under SC/ST (POA) Act, Coimbatore, vide letter in D.No.1748/2024 dated 19.11.2024, had requested this Court to grant further period of one month's time to complete the trial in Spl.S.C.No.25 of 2019 [re-numbered as Spl.S.C.No.56 of 2023], as directed by this Court.

3. As requested by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Coimbatore, the time granted by this Court is extended.
