This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to dispose off the petitioner's Appeal dated 09.06.2023 and reminder to Appeal dated 01.07.2023 to be disposed within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
