ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.35582 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying

with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.35582 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m, until furthers.
