ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the FIR in Crime No.34 of 2019 against the petitioner for the alleged offences under sections 381 and 406 IPC pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/state.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was completed and final report has also been completed and submitted its before the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-600 015, on 07.03.2019 itself and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
