.. Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the show cause notice issued by the first respondent in Letter No.7177/M1/2012-6 dated 31.12.2012 quash the same.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice dated 31.12.2012 issued by the first respondent. Mr.P.R.Raman, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that since show cause notice has been challenged in this writ petition, he submits that the petitioners seek liberty to reply to the show cause notice for the due consideration of the first respondent on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioners to reply to the impugned show cause notice and the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law.
2.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
