This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the above appeal against the decree and judgment dated 06.09.2022 passed in M.C.O.P.No.101 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu.

2.Affidavit of service has been filed and it is seen that the paper publication has been effected as ordered by this Court. There is no representation on the side of the respondents 1 & 2 either in person or through counsel.

3.Notice to the 3rd respondent has already been dispensed with since, the 3rd respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 61 days is condoned.
