This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take on file the complaint of the petitioner, dated 08.02.2016 and to register the case and to investigate the matter and to proceed in the matter in accordance with law.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 15.07.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
