ORDER

The matter has been listed today under the captio "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Registry is refusing to accept the security bond executed by the Power Agent of the petitioners indicating that the order dated 17.02.2025 has been ordered in favour of the petitioner and that it is only the

petitioners who should execute the security bond and requested this Court to pass appropriate order.

4. This Court by its order dated 17.02.2025, granted Letter of Administration and that the petitioners shall execute a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the name of the Assistant Registrar (Original Side) of this Court.

5. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Registry is refusing to allow the Power Agent, who had filed the petition on behalf of the petitioners to execute the security bond. Since, the O.P. itself has been filed by the petitioners through their Power Agent, I do not find any impediment to allow the Power Agent to execute the security bond on behalf of the Petitioners.

6. Registry is directed to accept the security bond executed by the Power Agent of the petitioners and such security bond shall be executed on or before 15.06.2025. 25-04-2025 Gba
