This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.01.2023 for issuance of patta within a time limit fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that petitioner's representation has been considered and order has been passed in Na.Ka.No.661/2024/A6 dated 09.04.2024. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
