This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of her complaint in CSR No.102 of 0219 dated 15.03.2019 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents.
3. It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the counter part. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent police on 15.03.2019 for necessary action. Since the same was not considered, the present petition is filed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on her complaint with the counter part after giving opportunities and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
