O R D E R

This Contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order made in WP No.10904 of 2020 dated 18.08.2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the award dated 25.01.2021 was handed over on 03.09.2020. 3.

In view of the same, the order passed by this Court on 18.08.2020 has been complied. Insofar as the limitation is concerned, the same shall be calculated from the date of receipt of the copy of the award by the petitioner on 03.09.2020.
