This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m.,for a period of three months in Crl.O.P.No.32487 of 2022 dated 11.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
