This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order and decretal order dated 11.04.2016 made in R.E.P.No.2 of 2016 in O.S.No.380 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Namakkal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 filed a Memo dated 16.03.2022. For better appreciation the relevant portion of the Memo is extracted hereunder: "The respondents 1 and 2 submit that the Layout was approved on 15.06.2018, in the Proceedings Na.Ka.No.477/2018/T1 dated 15.06.2018 by the Special Officer, Olapalayam Village and Block Development Officer (V.P) in respect of the land comprised in Survey Nos.273, 302/2A, 302/1B and 304/1 situated at Idumbankulam Village, Olapalayam, Paramathy Velur Taluk, Namakkal District which is the subject matter in Page No.2 of 5

O.S.No.380 of 2014 on the file of Subordinate Court, Namakkal."

3. The said Memo dated 16.03.2022 filed by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 has been taken on record.

4. In view of the aforesaid Memo filed by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.11399 of 2016 is closed. 22.03.2022 Index :
