This application has been filed seeking leave to produce certain documents.

2.A perusal of the documents would show that the document Nos.43 & 44 are not germane to the very dispute involved in the Testamentary Original Suit.

Majority of the other documents are the orders of the Rent Control Courts, notices and reply notices.

3.Considering the same, this application is allowed, permission is granted to produce document Nos.9 to 42 only. This liberty is also subject to proof and relevancy.
