Crl.M.P.No.4665 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.548 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.548 of 2023 dated 10.01.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of another three months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.548 of 2023 dated 10.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
