Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned notification in G.O.Ms.No.111 (C1) Energy Department dated 24.11.2011 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Extraordinary Gazette No.442 of Part II Sec.2 in so far as it relates to the petitioner's land is concerned of an extent of 0.40.0 hectares in Survey No.206/15 and an extent of 0.39.5 hectares in Survey No.206/28 in No.54 Chitharkadu Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and all subsequent proceedings pursuant thereto and quash the same.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that larger extent of property is involved in the acquisition proceedings whereas only a small extent has been shown in this writ petition and hence seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the endorsement made by her, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
