This application is filed to grant an additional period of 8 months or any time period to complete the Arbitration Proceedings. 2.Earlier this Court by order dated 27.06.2018 has appointed Hon'ble Mr.Justice V.Venkataraman, as a Sole Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties and to pass an award within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order. 3.It is stated that the first sitting of the Tribunal was conducted on 01.08.2018 in the presence of both the parties and thereafter the next sitting of the Tribunal was fixed on 23.10.2018. Due to lapse of time and due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic situation, the Arbitrational Proceedings were not able to be held as estimated and due to which an award could not be passed settling the disputes between the parties and as a result, the applicant has come up with the present Application to grant an additional period of 8 months to complete the Arbitration Proceedings. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/ 1/2
