ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 03.06.2015 given by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law and file a final report within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 30.06.2015 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint to the third respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
