(2) Though the Civil Revision Petition is listed today under the caption ''For Dismissal'', still there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the petition for non prosecution.

(3) Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
