Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide D.Dis.16215/2014C2 dated 22.06.2015 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.

The present writ petition is filed challenging the No objection Certificate issued by the second respondent on 22.06.2015.
2. The learned counsel for the 5th respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier writ petition filed by the writ petitioner in W.P.No.18769 of 2014 was closed by this Court on 28.09.2021 on the ground that the learned counsel for the petitioner could not able to secure any instructions for getting along with the case. In view of the fact that the petitioner was not interested in pursuing the earlier writ petition filed in W.P.No.18769 of 2014, no further consideration is required in respect of the present writ petition and therefore, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
