The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 08.08.2014 passed in W.P. No.19991 of 2014.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the order of this Court dated 08.08.2014 has been
complied with. They have also produced a copy of the proceedings in R.C. No. 7131/M5/2015 dated 08.12.2016 to that effect.
