This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to give appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2020 and 26.06.2021.
2. When this Court was about to dismiss the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
