Seeking leave to file suit for the suit property which situated beyond the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.The suit is laid for specific performance and for permanent injunction.

3.Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the suit property is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court. However, he would submit that entire cause of action arose within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court since the sale agreement dated 27.05.2020 was executed at Chennai and the defendants received part payments in Chennai and no prejudice would be caused to the respondents. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
