ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent, the competent authority to register petitioner's complaint dated 16.06.2025, to conduct enquiry, to take necessary action and to file the report. 2.On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner dated 16.06.2025, it was forwarded to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent in turn appointed an enquiry officer viz. 3rd respondent herein to conduct enquiry under Section 81A of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983, and the enquiry is still in progress. He added that only after completion of enquiry and on the basis of the enquiry report, the prosecution can be initiated as against the accused. Now, the enquiry is about to complete by the 3rd respondent. 3.In view of the above, the 3rd respondent herein is directed to complete the enquiry as directed by the 2nd respondent under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983, as against the delinquents in accordance
in law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
