Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider his representation dated 24.04.2017, within a time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
frame, to remove the names of respondents 5 to 7 as well as to correct the name "Manikka Muthali" as "Manikkavel" in the patta No.1182.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.
4.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the fourth respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2017 and pass orders, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the matter, I direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
