Pursuant to the petition filed on the 8th day of April 2021 by the said Rajan.M, and upon reading the petition filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.M.Murali Dharan, Advocate for the Petitioner/Debtor and the Deputy Official Assignee of this court herein and IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:

That the said Rajan.M, S/o.Late G.Muthukrishnan, a permanent resident of 214, Palkalai Nagar, Palavakam, Chennai-600 041 be and is

hereby adjudged as insolvent that all the estate of the said insolvent do vest in the Official Assignee of this court and that the estate of the said insolvent be administered in a regular manner.

(2) That the said insolvent do appear before the Official Assignee whenever required and extend due co-operation in the insolvency proceedings.

(3) That the said insolvent do, file into this court a schedule of her affairs within 30 days from this date together with a copy thereof and,

(4) That the said insolvent do apply for her discharge within eighteen months from this date.

(5) That the I.P.No.11 of 2021 be posted on 06/01/2022. WITNESS THE HON'BLE MR.
