O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition is taken up alleging the non compliance of the order dated 21.07.2017 made in W.P.No.1223 of 2013.

2. Notice sent to the respondents and they are present before this Court. Hence, the personal appearance of the respondents are dispensed with.

3. Today, i.e. on 25.04.2018 when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced the proceedings of the District Elementary Education Officer, Pudukottai in \.K.vz;.2848/M3/2017 and stated that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.18,94,254/- .

4. In view of the same, this contempt petition is closed.
