ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Challenging the order dated 04.02.2020 passed in Cr.M.P.No.49 of 2020 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Admittedly, the order impugned is appealable before jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal. In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of, giving a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioner, to file an application. As and when the application is filed, the same will have to be taken up for hearing and heard on merits without rejecting it on the ground of limitation. Till such time, status quo as on today shall be maintained.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
