ORDER
The petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, has filed the above Civil Revsion Petition to direct the Family Court, Coimbatore to dispose the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No..877 of 2013, within a stipulated time.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petition has been filed in the year 2013, the Family Court has not disposed of the same. Further the learned counsel submitted that in view of the long pendency of the matter, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice. 3.
The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that both the petitioner as well as the respondent are working abroad and therefore, the Family Court may be directed to dispose of the Original Petition within a period of six months.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Family Court Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.877 of 2013, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above observaiton, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
