The learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that, the facts stated in paragraph No. 4 of the order dated 03.01.2019, in WP.No.1412 of 2018 is a mistake. Instead of 12 years, it is wrongly typed as 2 years. Thus, the paragraph No.4 of the order is substituted as under:- "Under such circumstances, the writ petition is ordered in the above terms. The non-duty period of twelve years shall be treated as duty period for the limited purpose of calculating the qualifying service for pension. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed." Registry is directed to issue a revised order copy to the parties concerned.
