ORDER

This petition has been filed, to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2022 to transfer the case in Crime No.43 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Elavarasanurkottai, Kallakurichi to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Kallakurichi.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's third daughter was a NUN with Charles Boromiya Sabai and continued her college education at Kallakurichi and she was found dead in a suspicious manner. Based on a complaint given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.43 of 2022 has been registered by the second respondent police for the offence under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. But, the petitioner has serious apprehension that the death of her daughter was due to harassment/abutment by some persons and hence she was forced to commit suicide, whereas, the second respondent has not conducted proper investigation and thereby being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the second respondent, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2022 the case has been transferred to one Tr.E.Magesh, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ulundurpet Sub-Division on 08.04.2022. He would further submit that proper investigation will be done by the officer based on the materials available on record.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
