ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Certiorari, seeking interference of the order, dated 21.02.2025 made in Na.Ka.No.80641/C2/E1/2024 passed by the first respondent by which order the petitioner has been transferred to the third respondent school.
2. Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a fervent plea that the petitioner should not be transferred owing to the fact that the criminal case which has been instituted, had finally ended in acquittal of the petitioner herein. It is further contended that since the petitioner was involved in a criminal case, an order of transfer has been issued.
3. Ms.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Respondents contended that it is not just the petitioner herein, but a series of several other teachers who also faced criminal proceedings of similar nature, had been issued with the order of transfer.

4. It is only be appropriate that the petitioner joins in the transferee school and in a fresh atmosphere, he can work with more dedication for the benefit of the students. There is also the possibility for the petitioner being invited with similar allegations in the school where he is now discharging his duty. I have been very careful in not stating about the nature of the allegations against the petitioner and the circumstances surrounding the same. I am not prepared to interfere with the order of transfer. It is consequent to the service which the petitioner is now discharging. He must be prepared to serve at any school. The petitioner must understand that fresh surroundings would be better for him also.
5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 14.03.2025 vum Index : Yes / No Speaking order/Non speaking order 3/4
