The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent-Police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 IPC, seeks the relief of anticipatory bail.
2.Today when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that no FIR has been registered against the petitioner and only petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner in CSR.No.90/2015.
3.In such view of the matter, a direction is issued to the petitioner to appear for enquiry before the respondent-Police, for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required. The respondent-Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall not be arrested.
4.The petition is disposed of accordingly.
