O R D E R

This revision is filed for direction to dispose of I.A.No.77 of 2014 in O.S.No.15 of 2005 on the file of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Nannilam.

2.It is seen that the petitioner had instituted a suit in O.S.No.15 of 2005 against the respondent for recovery of possession and in CRP 3933 of 2008, this Court has issued a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order. Thereafter, the respondent has filed a suit in

O.S.No.9 of 2009 against the petitioner for declaration and other reliefs. The respondent has now filed I.A.No.77 of 2014 in O.S.No.15 of 2005 praying for joint trial of both the suits. 3.Mr.S.Sounthar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 68 years and the respondent with a view to prolong the litigation has filed the application I.A.No.77 of 2014. The learned counsel further submitted that despite the direction issued by this Court in CRP 3933 of 2008, the suit is not yet disposed of.

4.Considering the fact and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Nannilam is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.77 of 2014 in O.S.No.15 of 2005, on merits on or before 30.04.2015 and the suit O.S.No.15 of 2005 within four months therefrom. 5.This civil revision petition is accordingly disposed of.
