ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) R.Veeramani, son of Rayar, a resident of Kurunchipadi Taluk, Cuddalore District, has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 6.2.2023.

2. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the respondents, submitted that, if four weeks' time is granted, the first respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 6.2.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Recording the submission made by learned State Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 6.2.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.11529 of 2023 is closed.
