ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent submits that both the parties have arrived at a settlement in Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. The Mediation Report dated 09.04.2025 together with the Settlement Agreement is enclosed herewith.

2. Recording the same, this Testamentary Original Suit stands decreed in terms of the Mediation Report and the Settlement Agreement. The Mediation Report and the Settlement Agreement shall form part and parcel of the decree of the suit. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee to the plaintiff in accordance with law.
