This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned Senior counsel for the respondents.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that this Court by an order dated 21.07.2023, closed the writ petitions in W.P.Nos.40853 & 41013 of 2015, by recording the compromise entered between the petitioner-in-person and the respondents/Life Insurance Corporation of India. Again the above matter was listed on 26.07.2023, at the instance of the petitioner-in-person and on his request, the petitions filed by him for amendment alone ordered. However, the Registry wrongly carried out the correction that all the petitions including stay, dispense with and direction petitions are ordered. Hence, he prayed for necessary directions in this regard.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents, the paragraph No.4 of the order dated

21.07.2023, passed in W.P.Nos.40853 & 41013 of 2015, shall read as follows :- "4. In view of the above, both the writ petitions are closed. The Report on the grievances expressed by the petitioner dated 01.02.2016, shall form part and parcel of this Order. It is made clear that the first respondent is directed to calculate the arrears payable to the petitioner as per the eligible increments that is due to the petitioner as well on the arrears of pay revision 2005, if any and disburse the same to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions in M.P.Nos.1 & 2 of 2015 and M.P.Nos.1 to 3 of 2015 are closed."

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order, and after deleting the Writ Miscellaneous Petitions numbers in W.M.P.Nos.9182, 9183, 9185, 9186, 7682, 7685 & 7694 of 2023 in the preamble, since the same were already ordered on 26.07.2023, and issue order copy afresh.
