O R D E R

The petitioner seeks bail in respect of Crime No.372 of 2019 registered against him under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29(i) of NDPS Act 1985.

2. The petitioner has been in custody from 08.11.2019. It is stated that the investigation has been completed and Charge sheet has also been filed.

3. The charges against the petitioner is that he has found in possession of 2300 grams of Ganja.

4. A perusal of the order of the learned Principal Special Judge under the EC & NDPS Act, Chennai shows that the petitioner has got several cases against him including murder case.

5. In the above circumstances, I do not think that it would be safe to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the prevailing situation. Hence, this bail petition is dismissed.
