A. No.1711 of 2022 in C.S No.657 of 2012 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to receive the additional documents as listed in the Judges Summons and allow the same to be marked as Exhibits.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff submitted that this application is filed to receive additional documents apart from the documents which are filed before this Court. The said documents which have been issued by government authorities with respect to suit property are relevant to establish his title over the property. If this application is allowed, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent, whereas the same is not allowed, great hardship would caused to the applicant/plaintiff. Hence, he prays to allow this application.
4. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants strongly opposed to allow this application stating that the documents sought to be marked by the applicant/plaintiff are not relevant to the suit property and the present application is nothing, but clear abuse of process of court and the same is liable to be dismissed.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to permit the applicant/plaintiff to mark the additional documents, however, subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof. Accordingly, this application is allowed
6. Registry is directed to list the main suit before the Additional Master-II, for marking of additional documents and for continuation of evidence, on 03.08.2022.
