The Writ Petition is filed to issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 03.12.2012 within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.

In view of the narrow prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to dispose of the Statutory Appeal preferred by the petitioner dated 03.12.2012, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
