The relief sought for in the present writ petition is relating to operation of Fruit and Fruit Juice Trolley at Villupuram railway station.
2. The grant of permission for Fruit and Fruit Juice Trolley, had already been abolished by the Railway Board and a new policy has been implemented from the year 2017. This apart, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the subject stall in the present writ petition also had been closed, during the year 2016.
3. This being the factum, the cause in the writ petition became vanished and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
No Costs.
Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
