ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is the third anticipatory bail application and the earlier bail application in Crl.OP.No.13935/2017 was dismissed on 24.07.2017 and Crl.OP.No.18205/2017 was dismissed on 04.09.2017.
2. It is the case of the prosecution that this petitioner along with others had attacked the defacto complainant causing grievous injuries and had caused damages to the car of the defacto complainant and taken away Rs.75,000/- , mobile phone etc., kept in the car.
3. Mr.R.Margabandhu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the relative of the defacto complainant and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner.
4. Be that as it may, the photographs produced by the police shows extensive damage to the car and the defacto complainant was admitted in the hospital with cut injury.
In such view of the matter, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
