COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner, provide police protection and register a complaint of the petitioner dated 16.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner against one Saran, a petition enquiry is pending before the respondent in C.S.R.No.171 of 2015.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to coopearate with the respondent police for enquiry. It is stated that the said Saran is harassing the petitioner again and again. Hence, the respondent police is directed to look into the same and take appropriate action in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

5. With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
